Role overview
The Directorate-General for Agriculture, Viticulture and Veterinary Affairs (DGAV) is now looking for a Phytosanitary Inspectorate/Primary Plant Control Officer for one of its Directorates.
By joining the Directorate-General for Agriculture, Viticulture and Land Improvement (DAGRI), you take responsibility for one of its six sectors.
At the head of the Phytosanitary Inspectorate and control of primary plant production, you pilot an entity at the heart of the health of Vaudian crops.

Application process

- University degree, degree of Engineer EPF or HES, or equivalent; Crisis management training (an asset);
- At least five years of experience with strong theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of plant health and agriculture;
- At least three years of experience driving a team;
- Master's degree in oral and written English; knowledge of German (an asset);
- A sense of responsibility, leadership, decision-making, analytical and synthesis capacity;
- A sense of diplomacy, ease in interpersonal relations and good editorial skills;
- Possession of a vehicle to be made available for the various trips on the ground across the canton.
