Role overview

What awaits you: In this leadership role, you process claims files and lead a team of managers for our Court Affairs Directorate.

What you can achieve with us: Your main task is to independently resolve loss of earnings and accident claims and coach a team through participatory management focused on taking responsibility and autonomy.

In collaboration with your team, you manage all claims files in person insurance for brokers in the French-speaking Switzerland.

You work very closely with the disaster department of our headquarters in Bern as well as the colleagues of the Court Affairs Department in Zürich.

In addition, your interpersonal skills and customer orientation allow you to develop and maintain personal relationships with our brokers and to ensure harmonious collaboration between different departments.

What you bring

• Training in insurance, as well as the Federal Patent in Social Insurance and/or Private Insurance
• Confirmed experience in dealing with personal insurance claims
• Experience in team leadership, or will for driving
• Personality with a sense of contact, communication and excellent customer orientation
