- You drive the team by providing guidance and support to ensure the quality of the facilities' management controls.
- You propose and then develop a strategic direction in the organisation of the pole, allowing to efficiently meet the needs of the EVAM. Your key missions
- You plan, organize, coordinate and supervise the activities of the team with the collaboration of the other head of the unit, referring to the hierarchical line and ensuring the continuity of the service
- You lead team meetings, thematic sessions and exchange of practices needed
- You prepare, verify and finalize the pre-budget and annual budget
- You have a monthly, quarterly and annual budget tracking
- You take part in projects made necessary by the activity in coordination with the different heads of the financial entity and management
