- You have a Master’s degree (MSc or MA) in Psychology, preferably with a focus on Applied Psychology, Work and Organizational Psychology or a comparable psychological discipline
- You will have at least three years of proven professional experience in the field of professional integration after completing your Master's degree programme
- You have in-depth experience in conversation, case management, diagnostics and reporting
- You bring at least three years of proven leadership experience
- You have experience in quality management as well as quality assurance and quality development
- You have strong organizational and conceptual skills and are happy to take on responsibility
- You lead in an appreciative, solution-oriented manner and with a clear eye for quality and professional standards
- You enjoy accompanying and developing professionals and teams
- You have very good knowledge of German or French in word and writing.
- Knowledge of the other language is an advantage
