Main responsibilities

- Perform all relevant embryological procedures, such as: Egg search (oocyte identification) IVF and ICSI treatments
- Cultivation of gametes, prenuclear stages and embryos Embryo transfers Embryo biopsies for PGT
- Cryopreservation and thawing of gametes, embryos and gonad tissue Sperm analysis and sperm processing Management and management tasks
- Technical and personnel management of the laboratory team
- Personnel planning and promotion and development of employees
- Responsibility for workflows, resource planning and capacity management
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, guidelines and standards (FMedG, ISO, ESHRE guidelines)
- Strategic development of the laboratory as part of the overall clinic
