- Your responsibilities include preparing and monitoring the section's budget as well as ensuring efficient use of resources.
- You plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance work on national road infrastructure and maintenance centers, to ensure a safe, available, and high-performing road network
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (EPF, HES) or equivalent training Proven experience in team leadership
- Solid experience in managing road infrastructure
Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities include preparing and monitoring the section's budget as well as ensuring efficient use of resources.
- You plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance work on national road infrastructure and maintenance centers, to ensure a safe, available, and high-performing road network
- You are also responsible for the vehicle fleet and operational equipment of the entire service.
- You represent the section to OFROU, authorities, and partners and participate in the strategic deliberations of Territorial Unit III.
- You provide essential contributions to projects for renewal, modernization, and development of road infrastructure
- You ensure at all times compliance with safety, quality, availability, and sustainability requirements for road infrastructure.
- Additionally, you contribute to continuous improvement of processes, development of management and monitoring tools, and digital transformation of the section.
- You participate in the management on-call service Required Profile
- You hold a degree in civil engineering (EPF, HES) or equivalent training.
- You have proven experience in team leadership
