Head of Homes (100%) – CSD 10 months Location : Chavannes-près-Renens Entry into office: 1 September 2026 Salary class: 10 (This scale refers to validated prerequisites, failing which classification is at grade -1)

You manage the homes under your responsibility by ensuring the management of the teams, the coordination of activities, the quality of the services provided to the beneficiaries and the overall functioning of the sites.

Your key missions

• You run two homes, plan and organize activities
• You manage human resources and budget
• You ensure the proper functioning of homes and activities related to beneficiaries and benefits

• You represent homes and the establishment with various internal and external partners, including local authorities
• You implement and monitor compliance with household standards, operating rules and procedures

Your profile

• Bachelor in a field useful to the function
• Certified management training
• Minimum 7 years experience in one or more of the supervised functions, including part in team and project conduct
• High interest in migration
