Main responsibilities
- You manage kitchens and restaurants on our Courtepin and Bazenheid sites
- You harmonize the practices between the two sites, especially in terms of products, quality and process
- You standardize processes to improve the efficiency and quality of restaurants
- You develop and implement standardization concepts You centrally manage resources and costs
- You guarantee working conditions that meet safety, health and welfare requirements
- You are the main supplier contact and you manage the orders of goods You perform various administrative tasks You offer balanced and modern dishes
- You contribute to good nutritional health by taking into account the different activities of employees Required
- Professional experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in collective restoration
- Higher school: CFC cook with superior training in catering / hotel
- French (Good mastery) German (Good mastery): French-German bilingual or with a very good level in both languages (B2/C1).
