- Organizational talent, independent, flexible and resilient Experience in rehabilitation Experience in caring for apprentices

Company and context
- Organizational, personnel and administrative management tasks
- Responsibility for the training of our FaGe learners and HF/FH students in collaboration with the vocational trainer and training manager
- Responsible for good induction of new employees
- Close interdisciplinary and cooperative collaboration
- Participation in project or working groups Requirements:
- Qualified nursing specialist (HF/FH) or equivalent recognized training in Switzerland
- Leadership experience and further training in leadership or willingness to complete this is desirable
