As part of our ambition to further develop the campus, the further education center of our company, as a central driver of competence development in line with our corporate strategy, we are looking for a head of Campus, Learning & Development. In this role, you take over the management of a continuously evolving training center. They control the design and implementation of innovative and effective learning solutions as well as learning programs that are tailored to the strategic, professional and regulatory requirements of the company. In this way, you make a direct contribution to the development of the competencies of the future and accompany the further development and transformation of our organization. The place of work is in Lausanne, with occasional presence at our headquarters in Wankdorf. The following exciting tasks await you:

• Development and management of the educational strategy of the campus together with the HR management, coordinated with the HR strategy, the business priorities and the further development of the job profiles
• Further development of an agile and efficient campus organization in close cooperation with the departments as well as early identification of future competence needs
• Leadership and further development of campus teams consisting of learning experts, internal trainers and administration
• Responsibility for the further development of the educational portfolio and the design of needs-based learning and development offers
• Conception and introduction of innovative learning formats such as face-to-face training, e-learning, blended learning, microlearning or learning communities
• Responsibility for the training budget as well as management of external partners and service providers
• Accompanying strategic transformation projects and promoting a culture of continuous learning
• Ensuring the effectiveness of learning opportunities based on suitable key figures as well as continuous optimization of processes and offers This is what distinguishes you:
• Several years of experience in supporting transformation processes and in change management
• Integrative leader with the ability to inspire diverse stakeholders and achieve goals together
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic and implementation-oriented working method
• High results orientation, organizational skills and the ability to set priorities
• French as mother tongue, German C1 and English skills B2
• University degree (master) or training in educational management, pedagogy, learning & development or a comparable field of expertise
• Sound experience in adult education and skills development
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams, budget management and managing cross-divisional projects
• Very good knowledge in the conception of modern learning opportunities, in dealing with LMS platforms and digital learning formats
• Good knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry and its regulatory environment
