• define, coordinate, and contribute to "on-the-job" training arrangements for department members (i.e. pedagogical input and training materials),
• participate in the support of field advisers by strengthening learning through the sharing of good practice,
• advise, advise and support the head of the department on some of his or her conduct and operational management tasks,
• undertake permanent and ad hoc missions according to the needs of the department (analysis related to operational conduct, cross-cutting interventions on targeted topics in collaboration with other entities of the Bank, etc.). Your profile:
• experience confirmed in customer advice, preferably in the banking sector,
• proven pedagogical skills,
• plus, experience in a staff activity with very good capacity to develop reference and decision support documents,
• excellent analytical and synthesis capacity,
