Role overview

Tasks

• You take over the personnel, professional and organizational management of the patient disposition with 4 employees

• They shall ensure administrative work related to the admission and discharge of ambulatory and inpatient patients

• They maintain good cooperation and interface maintenance with other areas of the clinic

• You plan the outpatient consultation hours in the polyclinic for the clinic Epileptology

• They look after our internal and external customers by telephone and in writing and dispose of the stationary beds in epileptology and neurorehabilitation

• They record patient cases and are responsible for the administrative processing of patient registrations

Requirements

• You have completed commercial education and/or comparable qualifications in health care

• They convince us of advantage with first leadership experience

• You have knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system including the processes and procedures of a hospital

• You have good and accomplished handling of MS Office, especially Excel
