Role overview
The Common Unit ORP-CSR, attached to the Regional Employment Office (ORP) of the Western Lausanne area, aims to take care of beneficiaries of the Insertion Income (RI) according to modalities that combine the skills of social workers from the Regional Social Center (CSR) and personnel advisors from the ORP.
In this context, you organize and support the activity of the collaborators of the Common Unit.
You accompany the creation of a professional practice based on the actions of two complementary professions and impact the deployment of innovative practices in the field of socio-professional integration.
