Your role We’re looking for an ETRM (Electronic Trading Risk Management) professional to oversee electronic trading risk controls across China market.

• establish and maintain end-to-end trading risk controls, including control design, control coverage and ongoing effectiveness
• manage trading limits, including approvals and calibrations
• perform post-trade monitoring and analytics, covering trade surveillance, reporting and client behavior analysis
• provide independent oversight through governance, change approval and regulatory / exchange engagement
• work with APAC teams to ensure consistent risk framework and control coverage across markets
