Activity rates vary between 20% and 100% Fixed contract with undetermined duration - hourly wage

Your Mission

• Provide medico-technical, medico-delegated care according to your area of competence
• Responsible support to dependent clients and support for dependent persons' disabilities
• Contributing to health maintenance and disease prevention through an interdisciplinary approach
• Stimulate and support clients and their loved ones towards maximum autonomy based on their capabilities
• Contributing to the proper functioning of the team and ensuring the administrative tasks inherent in the position
• Intervention on unplanned situations at the request of CTMG (on-call physician centre)
• Ensure the proper transmission of information between all stakeholders through the client folder

Your profile and skills

• As an Auxiliary of Health: Certificate of Auxiliary of Health CRS 120 hours or certification deemed equivalent (foreign diploma recognized by the CRS) - mandatory
• Medical and social experience and strong interest in community health
• Ability to organize autonomously while collaborating in network and multidisciplinarity
• Responsibility and professional ethics
• Master's degree in oral and written French
• Good ease with computer tools and mobile telephony
• Driving licences and essential vehicles
