Within our personal insurance department (LAA, LAAC, sickness loss compensation), you are the first contact person for our clients and you manage sickness claims from beginning to end. This role, you understand not only as the duty to help your customers but above all as an opportunity to develop and maintain a good relationship with our customers.

What You Do

• You independently manage and customer-oriented claims files

• You apply the regulation of benefits according to the legal and contractual provisions

• You work closely with our various partners and write decisions

• You correspond and conduct interviews with the various parties involved in settling a claim (insurers, employers, medical service, other insurers, lawyers, ...)

• You detect remedies against responsible third parties and other insurers

What you bring

• Commercial training completed, Federal Social Insurance Patent is an asset

• Professional experience in disaster management

• Excellent knowledge of Swiss social security and private insurance

• Reliable, empathic personality, excellent bargaining capacity and professional attitude towards clients

• Excellent mastery of French and German, both oral and written
