In order to strengthen our Personal Insurance Department, which provides our clients with high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a Manager of sickness loss benefits, between 80% and 100%, in charge of the settlement of cases. The missions that await you:

• Ensure the full and independent management of the portfolio's loss of health gains files.
• Apply the general insurance conditions.
• Assess entitlement to daily allowances.
• Collaborate with Care Managers, consulting physicians and various internal services.
• Implement external expertise.
• Conduct telephone interviews with policyholders and clients. Your profile:
• Federal patent in insurance or equivalent training
• Minimum 3 year practical experience in the area of benefits / claims in personal insurance
• French mother tongue, with a very good mastery of Italian (min. level B2)
• Very good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office) Managing files completely and independently, analyzing situations and making specific decisions doesn't scare you?
