Position Manager Announcement - Head of Service Your main missions:

• ensure control of the bank's cash (day) and/or securities (monthly) positions with correspondents/depositories by means of the available tools while respecting the procedures specific to each correspondent/depositary
• set up/analyse/optimize/use service performance indicators (statistics) and take all necessary corrective/informative measures and inform the hierarchy and line
• master and develop the IT systems available to the business and the technical and legal directives/rules specific to the tasks entrusted. Ensure application/training/monitoring
• participate actively by putting its expertise in its field of activity at the service, both of the bank's strategic projects and those relating to organisational and/or IT procedures and those directly affecting it
• prevent problems and errors by actively monitoring specific situations and legal/business developments to propose/implement organisational and IT improvement measures
• apply the procedures put in place for customer payment traffic operations that fall under the OBA-CBD rules, respecting the legal and technical (internal/external) constraints specific to its field of activity. Your profile:
• training related to the field
• Experience confirmed in a similar position
• ability to define a vision and translate it into operational actions
• excellent communication skills, relationship ease and stakeholder management
• analytical capacity, high autonomy and rigour,
• leadership, sense of responsibility, decision-making and Federated
• excellent mastery of French, English C1 or C2 and German would be a plus
