What awaits

In this position, you work within the Distribution Partners department, which is responsible for managing the customers and products of our banking partners, for our activities related to the 2nd and 3rd pillar.

What you can do with us

Your main task is to manage the administration of our partners' private insurance contracts.

You process administrative changes, technical requests and analyze complex management cases.

In addition, you work closely with this small team and answer customer questions.

What you bring

• SWC Commercial Employee (AFA Certificate of Insurance Intermediary is an asset)
• Experience in insurance or banking, ideally in provisioning
• Excellent organizational skills and very good management of priorities
• Proactive and autonomous personality with strong customer orientation
• Excellent knowledge of French and German essential
