Due to the size of its collections, the Cantonal and University Library – Lausanne (BCUL) is one of the largest libraries in Switzerland. A public institution with a heritage, cultural and academic vocation, the Cantonal and University Library – Lausanne (BCUL) is dependent on the Directorate-General for Culture (DGC). As a logistics manager, you are involved in the smooth flow of documents and the smooth functioning of BCUL's logistics and infrastructure. On a daily basis, you are actively involved in distribution, storage and transport operations, as well as maintenance of premises, furniture and equipment, as well as various missions in the section.

• Provide BCUL 's distribution logistics missions .
• Provides for BCUL storage logistics missions.
• Ensure maintenance of BCUL premises, machinery, furniture and equipment.
• Provide BCUL's transport logistics missions.

• Logistician CFC or equivalent training.
• Federal Patent of Logistician of storage desired.
• Minimum experience of 5 years useful to the function.
• Good mastery of basic computer tools (MS Office suite).
• Excellent organisational capacity, flexibility and responsiveness.
