To strengthen our Product Management Precautions department, which offers our customers high-quality services in private pensions (pillar 3a), we are looking for a Product Manager / Product Manager Precaution that actively contributes to the development, optimization and performance of our life insurance solutions and this in a cooperative and innovation-oriented environment. The following exciting tasks await you:

• Control of the life cycle of precautionary products, from idea to market launch and further development
• Analysis of portfolio performance (market, customers, competition) and derivation of optimization measures
• Implementation of product development and development projects in cooperation with specialist departments, IT, marketing and sales
• Participation in the digitization of products and customer processes
• Development of documents for the launch, training and communication for internal stakeholders
• Support for product partners This distinguishes you:
• They have 5 years of experience in product management and/or project management, ideally in the field of precautionary or life insurance
• Very good French and German knowledge (orally and in writing at least C1) ideally supplemented by English knowledge
• Higher education (higher education, university or equivalent) in business, insurance, finance, management or comparable
• Good understanding of product-related challenges (market, regulation, pricing, profitability) as well as safe handling of cross-departmental methods and tools (e.g. design thinking, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, etc.) They are also analytical, structured and solution-oriented.
