We are looking for someone to strengthen our administrative team in Lausanne. As an insurance file manager within the Service's Administrative and Financial Support (FAS), you actively support professional guardians in their adult or child protection mandates. You thus contribute to the prospect of a dignified and autonomous life for all by participating in social justice.

• Ensure control of insurance coverage (LAMal, LCA, RC).
• Organize and process medical bills and health care providers.
• Organize and process claims for reimbursement of medical expenses and process accounts for refunds or participations.
• Make premium payments.
• Process complex insurance files, inform and advise trustees.

• SWC or equivalent.
• Experience in the field of health insurance for at least 2 years.
• Mastery of common computer tools.
• Skills and versatility in the field of sickness and accident insurance.
• Knowledge of social insurance and voodoo social action is an asset for this position.
• A spirit of mutual assistance and collaboration.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
• Administrative discipline.
