What you bring to our mission

Within the administrative branch located in Montagny-near Yverdon, you direct, respond, filter, the requests of the beneficiaries as well as those of internal/external partners by phone, physically at reception and by e-mail.

Your key missions

• Receive and direct requests from recipients, internal and external collaborators and partners at reception.
• Management of the caisse of the site.
• Process applications for basic transportation benefits.
• Management of access badges and site economy.
• Processing of incoming and outgoing mail.

Your profile

• SWC trade employee or equivalent.
• Experience of 3 years min. in the administrative field, ideally in a similar function.
• Mastery of French, oral and written, English an asset.
• Mastery of common office tools.
• Service.
• Adaptability and stress management.
• Relationship, listening and collaboration.
• Interest in migration and social action.
