Background

Linked to the Projects and Solutions division, the Business Analyst works in support of the SI project managers and business directorates, from study to implementation. Mission

• Analyze business needs and support their translation into IT solutions, consistent with SI strategy and architecture.
• Linking trades, technical teams and project leaders from the expression of need to implementation.

Responsibilities

• SI Council
• Carry out business analyses, opportunity studies and impact analyses.
• Optimize and simplify processes (BPR).
• Accompany the definition of needs.
• Raising awareness of good digital practices in the professions.
• Needs analysis and AMOA
• Collect, formalize and prioritize needs.
• Conduct business workshops.
• Write functional specifications, requirements, use case and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to specifications and tender documents.
• Propose test cases.
• Review options and make recommendations.
• Ensure traceability of requirements.
• Work with project managers, architects, technical teams and suppliers.
• Accompaniment of change
• Contribute to the change strategy and analyze organizational impacts.
• Conduct validation workshops.
• Participate in functional recipes.
• Produce functional documentation, training materials and user guides.
• Support users during deployment.
• Advanced training (Master, Bachelor or equivalent) in IS, management or engineering, supported by at least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis in an IT environment.
• Mastery of requirements collection techniques, functional specification writing (use boxes, acceptance criteria) and business process optimization (BPR/BPMN).
• Practice of Agile (Product Owner / Proxy PO) and/or traditional (HERMES, BABOK). A certification (CBAP, CCBA, IREB, HERMES) is a plus.
• Experience in defining test cases, tracking functional recipe, creating training materials and supporting users with change.
