Full-Time Training Specialist — Hôpital Intercantonal de la Broye (HIB)
Role overview
Full-Time Training Specialist Tasks - Collaborate with various internal partners to promote and enhance training - Design and implement institutional training engineering (need analysis, offer structuring, device construction) - Develop, manage, and update the internal training catalog - Identify, select, and coordinate internal and external speakers - Ensure administrative, logistical, and financial organization of training - Handle training requests in accordance with processes, grant conditions, and budget limits - Develop and optimize processes and tools related to training (registrations, follow-up, evaluation, and reporting) - Coordinate the institutional policy on learning - Act as an in-house trainer for commercial employees (FEE) in collaboration with the relevant services.
• Requirements - Higher education (Bachelor, federal professional certificate, adult education or equivalent) - In-house trainer certificate (FEE), an asset - Professional experience in a similar function, ideally acquired in a company - Proficiency in computer tools - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complex activities independently - Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and ability to engage actors with different interests.

Key requirements
