To tackle the many challenges ahead, HIB, and particularly the Payerne site, is looking for a: Full-Time CFC Operations Collaborator Your mission: • Ensure the daily organization of work in the dedicated sector • Clean local facilities, rooms, bathrooms, and equipment • Use cleaning machines (automatic washer, single brush, etc.) • Perform concierge and maintenance tasks (beds, equipment) • Transport, prepare, and dress beds and stretchers • Prepare conference rooms • Manage the supply of materials and the clothing dispenser • Perform administrative tasks • Dispose of waste according to procedures Your assets: • Possess a CFC (e.g., operations agent, cleaning agent) or equivalent title • Good technical skills (maintenance, minor repairs) • Knowledge of common cleaning machines • Organizational skills, autonomy, and versatility • Team spirit and service attitude • Proficiency in French (spoken and written) and common computer tools Start date: immediate or to be arranged.
