In order to strengthen our People's Insurance Division, which provides our clients with high-level services in disaster management, we are looking for a multi-faceted LAA Complex Case Manager, responsible for the autonomous and proactive management of complex accident insurance (ALA) claims. The various missions that await you:

• Completely conduct portfolio files
• Payment and control of invoices, drafting of decisions, monitoring of annuities
• Collaborate with the division's various teams to effectively address Francophone issues What makes you unique:
• Federal patent in insurance or equivalent
• Multi-year practical experience in managing personal insurance benefits with good technical knowledge
• Very good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office)
