To strengthen our Finance Branch, we are looking for a FP&A Analyst, Program/ portfolio Controlling & Data Analytics (m/f/x) 80-100%. In this dual-dimensional function, you act on the one hand as a daily financial partner, in close collaboration with the Lead Program Controlling to drive the transformation portfolio. On the other hand, you also contribute to the development of reporting, modelling and scripting tools for the entire FP&A, Controlling & Performance unit. The distribution between these two dimensions will evolve according to priorities. This position is therefore intended for a flexible person, able to naturally alter between a pair of collaborations and transversal projects. Your missions: Developing data analytics and unit reporting capabilities You contribute to the development of tools and methods to improve the quality of analysis and financial decision-making.

• Design, develop and evolve Power BI dashboards
• Automation of recurring productions and reporting
• Developing models of analysis and scenarization ("what-if")
• Use artificial intelligence tools to speed up certain analyses (detection of anomalies, automated feedback, exploratory analyses)
• Ensuring data reliability, model documentation and traceability of management rules
• Contribute to the dissemination of Data & Analytics good practices within the unit Support the economic management of the transformation portfolio In pairs with the Lead Program Controlling, you participate in the financial management of transformation initiatives.
• Build Business Cases for Transformation Projects
• Model expected gains and financial assumptions
• Set KPIs and Reference Baselines
• Monitor value creation and analyse observed variances
• Contribute to budget projections and forecasts
• Prepare analysis and documentation for governance bodies Your profile: Strong experience in PS&A and management control
• Significant experience in PS&A and financial processes
• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in total
• Strong knowledge in budget, forecast, business case, ROI and performance management
• Excellent financial analysis and modelling capabilities
• University degree or HES in finance, management control, business economy or related field
• Prior experience in Program Controlling is not required; you will gradually develop this expertise within the team. High sensitivity Data & Analytics
• Excellent Mastery of Power BI (Power Query, DAX)
• Good knowledge of SQL and data modeling
• Strong skills in advanced Excel and what-if scenario analysis
• Practical experience of using artificial intelligence tools in data analysis
• Significant sensitivity to data quality, traceability and governance
• Knowledge of Python and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is an asset. Excellent mastery of French; good command of English (minimum B2); German is an asset. You know how to take a step back on a business problem before starting your analysis and demonstrate rigour, criticalness and synthesis.
