In this role, you lead strategic and network projects as Finance Business Partner and ensure complete financial transparency. With your understanding of risks, opportunities and interdependencies, you support project managers and management in their decisions, in a proactive, critical and solutions-oriented way.

• You are responsible for the financial planning, piloting and monitoring of large-scale complex projects and network projects.
• You make budgets, drills, business cases, and decision bases.
• You ensure transparency of costs, risks, dependencies and financial impacts.
• You analyze gaps, define measures and implement them proactively.
• You act as a think-tank for project managers and management.
• You evaluate opportunities and risks and develop pilot scenarios.
• You guarantee a reporting adapted to the recipients for management and decision-making bodies.
• You are changing project control standards, processes and simulation tools.

Required

• More than ten years of experience: in controlling, ideally in controlling investment projects or network projects.
• Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES): or further training in business management, finance, controlling, industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in financing complex and multi-annual projects involving several sub-projects, stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, business cases, investment control, project analytical accounting and management reporting.
• Excellent mastery of simulation methods and experience with simulation tools.
• Very good understanding of project management methods, project governance, risk management and contract and claim management.
• Strong affinity with numbers and systems, as well as excellent control of ERP, controlling and reporting tools.
• You act as a true Business Partner: you show proactivity, challenge situations critically and bring a financial perspective oriented solutions.
• You're an easy person to interact with project managers, management and steering committees.
• You work independently, show resilience and appreciate dynamic and cross-cutting project environments.
• You are willing to travel in the French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, especially at the sites of Avenches, Courtepin, Volketswil, Gränichen, Bischofszell and Zurich.
