The Social Support and Guidance Centre (PASO) attached to the Directorate for Integration and Solidarity (DIRIS) of the Directorate-General for Social Cohesion (DGCS) is responsible for the monitoring and development of projects and programmes in the field of reception, counselling, support and social guidance. In order to strengthen its team, the PASO is looking for a project leader. • Ensure overall coherence, coordination and vision between partners and projects led by DGCS for the social support and guidance of young adults (FORJAD) and adults (FORMAD) without completed vocational training.
• Monitor, contract and monitor OSAP partners providing social support and referral services to individuals who are in training or training.
• Advise and inform social partners, its hierarchy, the head of department and all concerned about the subject matter and the projects entrusted.
• Develop new projects in the area of social support and guidance for persons without vocational training or persons undergoing training.
• Participate in the development of population social support and conduct projects in this context.
• Master's degree in social or political sciences or equivalent, required.
• Training in project management.
• Experience of minimum 5 years in the social or project management field.
• Good knowledge of the Vaud cantonal administration and social policy.
• Mastery of common computer tools.
• Ability to work independently.
• A sense of public service responsibilities and ethics developed.
• Excellent editorial, analytical and synthesis capabilities.
• Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility
• Aisance in listening and communication.
• A sense of organization and planning, perfect management of priorities.
• Good leadership.
