Missions
Lead the finance sector of the service (composed of 3 people)
Ensure the monitoring of the variation of staff and payroll of the ACV (determinations and supervision of analyses for items presented to the Council of State, drafting proposals to the Council of State, advising and supporting the HR and financial functions of the various departments and services of the State, ensuring the follow-up of recommendations to the Cantonal Financial Control, providing the management with decision-making analyses, formulating recommendations, etc.) and represent the service in this area externally.
