The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is a reference intercantonal hospital, which brings together more than 2,500 collaborators. Rennaz Hospital has over 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatric and Rehabilitation Clinics and two medical clinics. In order to strengthen its Invoicing unit within the Patient Administrative Management department, we are looking for one/one:

80-100% billing specialist

The main tasks of this post are

• Check and enter benefits, edit invoices
• Ensure quality support for billing returns
• Participate in invoicing unit business processes
• Propose any measure of improvement useful to the organisation of the unit
• Contribute to the release/control of certain billing sectors
• Produce ad hoc analyses on the billing scope
• To be a trade reference for specific questions related to the field
• Ensure good collaboration with insurers and other guarantors

We ask

• SWC training of trade employee, or similar
• An experience of at least 5 years in hospital billing
• Excellent knowledge of the tariff systems required (Tardoc, SwissDRG, ST-Reha,..)
• Mastery of standard office automation tools (MS Office) and mandatory Opal knowledge
• A good spirit of analysis, reflection and methodology
• A dynamic personality with a good integration capacity in a team
