In our house, you can move things. Ensure the full management of FM mandates (hard & soft services) by ensuring technical compliance and compliance with quality, cost and timeliness objectives. Maintain a relationship of trust and satisfaction with clients. Manage and coordinate technical and maintenance teams, ensuring reliable execution of interventions. Use your strong technical skills (electricity, HVAC, building, small maintenance) to analyze needs, advise and guide decisions. Pilot work from small to medium scale, from planning to reception, ensuring safety and quality standards. Monitor budgets, analyse results and propose technical and operational optimizations. Participate in continuous improvement and sustainability projects. Ensure compliance with legal, contractual and technical requirements. Which is what you do. Advanced technical training (CFC, federal patent, ES, engineering or FM training with confirmed technical skills). 5- to 10-year experience in managing FM mandates or contracts, with a strong technical and team management component Excellent organizational skills and focus. Relationship strength and ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Mastery of IT tools (MS Office, GMAO, FM platforms).
