Main responsibilities
- As a central interface between the Transport International (LTI) business unit and Group IT, you coordinate the collaboration and ensure a smooth flow of information.
- You record business and process requirements, analyze and specify them, and then first-time and then purge features and user stories.
- You document and visualise processes, work instructions and system workflows in a clear way in the wiki.
- In First Level Support, you support and advise users on the use of TMS and related business processes.
- You actively work with and bring in your expertise when introducing new processes, systems and business cases.
- You recognize, analyze and optimize work processes continuously to increase efficiency and quality.
- You actively work with and bring in your expertise in cross-sector projects and sub-projects.
- Tests, releases and system adjustments are required, you implement and accompany until you are approved.
Key requirements
- Multi-year professional experience: In the field of transport international and/or business-to-IT is a big plus.
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): Specific further training in the field of international transport and/or business-to-IT are desired.
- Communication and placement strength: You can understand the needs of the business perfectly and translate them intelligibly into the language of IT.
- Service orientation & support mentality: It is great pleasure to support users patiently and helpfully in the first-level support.
- Enthusiasm for process optimization: You like to question existing processes and actively search for ways to increase quality and efficiency.
