To strengthen our training team, we are looking for an expert in Learning Design & Digital Learning for our headquarters in Lausanne. As part of the Campus Vaudoise team, you will play a key role in the conception, further development and digitalization of our training and further education offer. As an internal consultant for HR, executives and specialists, you translate business requirements into innovative, effective and practical learning experiences. The following exciting tasks await you:

• They advise specialists on the development of their learning and training strategies and on the selection of suitable learning formats.
• You will design and implement learning solutions that meet the strategic and professional challenges of Vaudoise
• They develop modern blended learning concepts and multimodal learning paths (presence training, virtual classes, e-learning, microlearning) and ensure their technical implementation.
• They ensure the quality of existing learning content and continuously develop e-learnings, videos, learning materials and knowledge checks according to our quality standards
• They actively observe new trends in the field of digital learning and examine the targeted use of artificial intelligence to optimize learning processes and content production
• You measure the success of learning measures on the basis of relevant KPIs and derive improvement measures for the continuous development of our offer that distinguishes you :
• Higher education in the field of learning design, educational management, digital learning or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the field of learning design or corporate learning within a company
• Very good knowledge of authoring tools (especially Articulate 360, Canva, etc.) and learning management systems (e.g. Cornerstone)
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into concrete, practical and effective learning solutions
• Great interest in the possibilities of generative AI and its use in the learning and development environment
• Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills as well as an understanding of the business partner role
• knowledge of French at level C1 or higher
