In order to strengthen our Insurance Training team, the real driving force behind the increase in the skills of our employees in the insurance professions, and to continue the development of innovative and impacting vocational training solutions, we are looking for an Expert/Expert Training Insurance Training. The position is based in Lausanne or Bern and involves regular trips to the other site. The missions that await you:

• Identify training needs of sales and customer support teams in collaboration with relevant departments
• Design and deploy training courses tailored to business, face-to-face, remote and blended learning needs
• Develop and develop existing training arrangements, including basic training, AFA certifications and the catalogue of vocational training
• Coordinate interdisciplinary working groups and pilot training projects in collaboration with the various internal and external partners
• Conducting vocational training and accompanying trainers, mentors and mentors in their mission
• Ensure the quality, updating and availability of training content in the LMS (Cornerstone) What makes you unique:
• French as a mother tongue and a B2 level in German
• Holder of a federal certificate of insurance or equivalent training
• Experiences in insurance and strong technical knowledge, ideally at the federal patent level
• Expertise in pedagogical engineering and training development, including e-learning and blended learning
• Strong experience in project management, working group facilitation and change support
• Good knowledge of sales processes and customer support and strong customer orientation
