Within the HR Digital Transformation team, the SIRH Expert plays a key role in a strategic human resources modernization program, marked by the implementation and evolution of a new SIRH.

- Experience confirmed in a SIRH role and participation in projects implementing or evolving SIRH solutions.
- Good control of HCM/SIRH SaaS environments as well as analytical and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).

- Experience confirmed in a SIRH role and participation in projects implementing or evolving SIRH solutions.
- Good control of HCM/SIRH SaaS environments as well as analytical and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Ability to link business needs, users and technical teams, and translate functional issues into concrete solutions.
- Support for change, support for users and continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.
- Curious are the digital innovations and uses of artificial intelligence applied to Human Resources.
- Spirit of analysis, service orientation, rigor and excellent relational skills. French current and good English level;
