What you're contributing to

• You are responsible for the complete management of a portfolio of commercial real estate, including leasing, contract and key management, as well as the guarantee of an irreproachable state
• Thanks to your expertise and negotiation skills, you are conducting successful negotiations and drafting commercial leases and amendments.
• You coordinate and carry out the records of the places of entry and exit of commercial surfaces and ensure that the accounts are closed professionally
• Communication with landlords, tenants, authorities and other stakeholders, as well as the organisation of meetings and information sessions for tenants, is your responsibility
• You are responsible for soliciting and evaluating offers, assigning mandates to providers, and monitoring and validating creditors' orders and invoices

What you bring

• You have basic business training and you are a manager of federal patent buildings.
• In addition, you have several years of professional experience in the real estate sector and in managing commercial buildings
• Your affinity for digital and your strong computer and software knowledge allow you to use different systems with ease on a daily basis
• You are able to work as a team, stress-resistant and you stand out for your customer-oriented personality and service
• An effective, objective-oriented working method and good communication skills qualify you to interact with demanding interlocutors
• You speak fluently in French, oral and written. German and English are a plus.
