- Piloting, developing and representing the measure: ensuring the quality of services according to the LMMT, Helvartis and ICC standards, ensuring the budgetary control and monitoring of indicators, developing the measure according to market needs and representing the scheme with the SPE, Helvartis and the partners of the employment network
- Conduct and develop the team of trainers and organize the activities of the mechanism in line with the ICC strategy
- Design and develop teaching and teaching tools for all areas, for group and individual support
- Train and support participants in the different areas of EPCO (accounting, human resources, procurement, sales, marketing) and validate their achievements
- Individual monitoring and job coaching: interviews, progress assessment, job search support and administrative management (MMT certificates, absences) Profile desired
- In addition, you have a Federal Adult Trainer Patent (FSEA), or training deemed equivalent
- You have very good knowledge of the field of occupational integration and unemployment insurance
