Role overview
Your Mission Within the Real-Time Network (RTN) team, you design, configure, operate and evolve the Broadcast Control and orchestration systems used to produce our radio and television content.
You intervene mainly on the EVS Cerebrum platform, which provides control and automation of production equipment, as well as on Nevion VideoIPath for the orchestration of media flows carried by our SMPTE ST 2110 infrastructures.
In collaboration with production teams, audio, video, network and systems specialists, you translate operational requirements into reliable and intuitive interfaces, control logic and workflows.

- Configure, administer and evolve the Broadcast Control EVS Cerebrum platform.
- Design and maintain the operator interfaces, panels, control logics, macros and automations used in the management and studios.
- Integrate audio, video, network and broadcast equipment with drivers, protocols and APIs into Cerebrum.
- Administer Nevion VideoIPath and participate in the provision of media equipment and services.
- Design and evolve the workflows for controlling and orchestrating audio and video streams.
- Collect and analyse the needs of production teams and translate them into suitable technical solutions.
- Participate in the design, prototyping, integration, testing, validation and production phases.
- Provide level 2 and 3 support and diagnosis of incidents affecting Broadcast Control and orchestration systems.
- Prepare for production and support users when deploying new features.
Key requirements
- Advanced training in audiovisual, computer, electronic or telecommunications, or courses deemed equivalent.
- Experience confirmed in a radio or television production or post-production environment.
- Practical experience of EVS Cerebrum and strong interest in control systems and workflow automation.
- Good understanding of audio, video and IP network environments.
- Ability to analyse users' needs and translate them into suitable technical solutions.
- Spirit of analysis, autonomy, rigour and focus.
- Experience in teamwork and collaboration with specialists in different fields.
- Good communication, documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities.
- Mastery of English; knowledge of the desired German. Assets

- Knowledge of SMPTE ST 2110, AES67, ST 2022-7 and NMOS standards.
- Knowledge of PTP (ST 2059).
