- As a central contact person you answer technical and technical questions in the areas of non-life private customers, non-life corporate customers, individual lives, accident, sick and BVG.
- Commercial insurance training and/or several years of experience with an all-sector insurer.
- The VBV certificate (all-branches) is already yours or you have the willingness to achieve it.
Main responsibilities
- You actively support the sales team throughout the entire sales process and thus contribute to the joint success.
- As a central contact person you answer technical and technical questions in the areas of non-life private customers, non-life corporate customers, individual lives, accident, sick and BVG.
- You support our private and corporate customers by telephone, in writing and personally with great competence and commitment.
- With a sense of individual needs you develop tailor-made concepts and solutions.
- Together with the team you actively shape the market processing and sales promotion.
- You accompany our students in everyday working life and specifically promote their professional and personal development.
Key requirements
- Commercial insurance training and/or several years of experience with an all-sector insurer.
- The VBV certificate (all-branches) is already yours or you have the willingness to achieve it.
- Enjoy direct customer contact and a strong service orientation.
- Sales-oriented thinking and enthusiasm for the development of individual customer solutions.
