Unisanté in Epalinges, managed by ZFV since October 2025, is open five days a week, from 08:00 to 17:00. The property has 160 seating positions in the restaurant, serves approximately 180 meals a day and consists of a team of 4 people. Guests can find two different and varied menus each day, as well as a salad buffet, desserts and snacks. A catering service for events is also available upon request. • Client reception
• Office cleaning, kitchen, storage space and floors.
• Debrassing and washing of dishes and kitchen equipment
• Ensure the installation of dishes at distribution points
• Receipt of sales (TCPOS Boxes)
• Ensure attractive presentation of goods in buffets and showcases.
• Service assistance during service, coffee breaks, cocktails and aperitifs
• Implementation of ZFV quality and service standards
