- Processing of approved product orders for new articles and their implementation from the idea to the first delivery
- Cooperation and management of sub-projects, such as machine introductions and testing of new raw materials (VT projects)
Main responsibilities
- Processing of approved product orders for new articles and their implementation from the idea to the first delivery
- Cooperation and management of sub-projects, such as machine introductions and testing of new raw materials (VT projects)
- Clarification and procurement of raw materials and packaging materials (film, cardboard, labels)
- Accompanying the development phase incl.
- HACCP clarification, QA clearance and production support during the first three production runs
- SAP recording and termination of the article opening in cooperation with internal and external interfaces (sale, QA, procurement, etc.) Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience: Meat industry
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): meat specialist or cook
- Further education as a meat technician, meat technologist or studying meat/food
- Very good knowledge of SAP and Office 365 programs Strong teamwork and openness to change
