• You independently perform all maintenance and construction work in the railway sector, including the exchange or assembly of components on track and track equipment.
• You manage and supervise the personnel placed under your responsibility on the site.
• You control the quality of performance of all suppliers' services within the framework of the project entrusted to you (framework contracts, construction machinery, etc.).

What you bring.

• You have great motivation, you are ready to take responsibility and you are passionately involved in your tasks. You focus your work on achieving your goals and setting high quality requirements.
• You have strong experience in the construction and maintenance of railway facilities and good knowledge of the terrain.
• You obtained a CFC as a track manufacturer, or in a craft sector.
• You hold the diploma of foreman in railway construction (POS), obtained from the SSE (Société Suisse des Entrepreneurs).
• You consider irregular schedules and teamwork as an advantage to enjoy your free time while others work. At home, working at night and on weekends is entitled to extra pay, e.g., for example: CHF 16.– an hour for Sunday work. Time increases of 10 to 30% are granted for night work, which gives you more free time.
