As part of a temporary replacement, you contribute to the business continuity of the IT Controlling function. You are also involved in continuous improvement projects on the automation and optimization of Budget to Report and Procure to Pay processes, the development of new piloting capabilities, including external providers, and the improvement of reporting. Your missions:

• Ensure the operational continuity of the Procure to Pay and Budget to Repor t processes, notably through the SEO of contracts, the processing of invoices, the analytical accounting of the costs of the information system, the launch of validation workflows and the re-ventilation of Azure costs according to the FinOps principles.
• Participate in improvement projects by contributing to the automation of monitoring and reporting processes, the analysis and monitoring of external providers (expenditure, performance and contractual structure), and the optimization of Budget to Report and Procure to Pay processes.
• To contribute to the evolution and improvement of existing reporting to enhance the quality and reliability of business management.
• Participate in the production and maintenance of the team's dashboards and tracking media. Your profile:
• Bachelor or Master in Management, Finance, Management Control or Information Systems.
• Very good mastery of Excel
• Power BI and Python are assets.
• Interest in data analysis, reporting and budgetary monitoring.
• Ability to learn quickly, to work rigorously and to gain autonomy.
• Good team spirit, sense of confidentiality and relationship ease.
