• What you bring to our mission As a reference trainer, you design and conduct information workshops for migrants in order to strengthen their understanding of the institutional, social and professional framework and support their autonomy and integration. • Design, lead and deliver integration information workshops.
• Understand complex situations and convey the essentials in a clear and accessible way.
• Effectively structure and coordinate workshops and training activities.
• Propose improvements and manage missions proactively.
• Communicate with clarity, pedagogy and precision, both orally and in writing.
• Establish a trust relationship with diverse audiences and partners.
• Work as a team and actively contribute to cross-cutting projects.
• Demonstrate diplomacy and adaptation in an intercultural context.
• Managing priorities and maintaining the quality of services in a demanding environment. ##
• Your profile
• Bachelor's degree in a field useful to the post completed with a certificate of adult or equivalent trainers
• Experience of 2 years min in a similar function
• Excellent knowledge of migration and institutional context
• Mastery of digital tools, particularly in the creation of training
• Team spirit and networking skills
• Good organizational management and solution orientation
