- Bachelor HES in documentary information or training deemed equivalent.
- CAS in information governance and desired digital transformation.
- Certification of quality management systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in conducting documentary migration projects and implementing classification plans and social conservation rules.

- You are leading the documentary reorganization of the Department's general secretariat by making the diagnosis of the network disk and designing a new classification plan for the entire service.
- You ensure the migration of content in accordance with legal requirements.
- Analysis of the current storage server structure (network disk), including tree, volumetric, content and usage.
- Identification of duplicates, obsolete documents and classification inconsistencies.
- Mapping of groups, existing access rights and current document management practices.
- Collection of team needs and constraints through interviews and workshops.
- Definition of the guiding principles of the future classification plan, based on the standards and recommendations of the cantonal archives of Vaud.
- Design of a classification plan for the entire service and support of its validation by COPIL, in line with the recommendations of the cantonal archives of Vaudises.
- Accompanying documentary migration, including reshaping groups and access rights.
- Tests, adjustments and consolidation of the classification plan based on feedback from users.
