You have a completed training and already experience as a doctor's secretary or as a medical/practice assistant.
You know well with medical terminology.

You are sure to go with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally have experience with clinical systems such as Coris, KISIM or Sectra.
You like to work in the team and keep an overview in hectic situations.
You like to call the phone, appear friendly and patient-oriented, and go discreetly with confidential information.
You have very good German knowledge in word and writing;
Foreign language skills are of advantage.
