Main responsibilities
- You plan and coordinate the use of all available means of transport
- With your friendly and competent manner, you support and advise our customers about transport
- You create individual transport offers for our customers
- The guidance and support of our chauffeurs and contract drivers are also part of your area of responsibility.
- Customer complaints and damage cases you approach solution-oriented and professionally
- Our transport orders are recorded, mutated and billed independently
- Also in administrative tasks you are reliably involved Profile:
- Very good knowledge of Swiss geography – you know where to go
- You think economically and find the right solution even in challenging situations
- Working shifts (between 04:00 and 22:00 in the week change) matches your life rhythm
