Full description

As director of your institution, you are responsible for its proper functioning and the implementation of cantonal policies in the fields of education, organisation, finance and human resources. You shall contribute to the implementation and operation of the regional coordination organisation decided by the competent authorities. You supervise the staff of the school and foster a culture of collaboration and exchange between all school participants.

• Management of recruitment, integration and evaluation processes of your team, in accordance with departmental guidelines
• Mobilization, development and support for teams by also ensuring that skills match expected performance
• Coordination and planning of the various activities of the institution by ensuring that its services are adapted to the needs of the students
• Quality assurance of education in compliance with existing curricula and legislation
• Promoting an attitude to student success and inclusion under your responsibility

• Pedagogical training recognised by the canton of Vaud supplemented by attested continuing vocational training
• CAS in the administration and management of training institutions (FORDIF) desired and required in the event that it was not followed before taking up office
• In-depth knowledge of the Vaud school and its pedagogical dimension
• Ability to develop a culture of settlement, proven managerial skills, excellent communication and ease in conflict management, analytical and synthesis capacity, openness to change and innovative projects
• Mastery of common computer tools (additional assets)
